Allen & Heath The SQ-5 is a high-end 48-channel digital mixer designed for professional live sound, touring, theater, installations, television and studio applications. It works with 96kHz XCVI FPGA audio processing, providing high sound quality, high dynamic range and ultra-low latency below 0.7ms.

The mixer offers up to 48 inputs and 36 outputs, 12 stereo mixes, a master LR and 3 stereo matrices. It is equipped with 17 motorized 100 mm faders, a 7-inch capacitive touchscreen and 8 programmable buttons for fast and intuitive control.

Allen & Heath The SQ-5 features 16 XLR mic/line inputs with +48V phantom power, balanced XLR outputs, AES3 digital output and a 32×32 USB audio interface for professional multi-channel recording. The SQ-Drive allows direct recording onto USB media without a computer.

With built-in 8 stereo FX processors, DEEP Processing effects, compressors, gates and full EQ, the SQ-5 is a complete solution for professional audio. Via an SLink port and an expansion card slot, the mixer can be expanded with Dante, Waves SoundGrid or MADI.
