AlphaTheta SLAB is the first MIDI pad controller created specifically to work with Serato Studio. Developed jointly by AlphaTheta и Serato, it provides direct and intuitive hardware control over sampling, sequencing, effects and beat creation functions.
The controller features 16 pressure-sensitive RGB pads that allow finger-drumming, Sample triggering, and step sequencing. It also includes a multifunctional control encoder and rotary controllers for quick navigation, parameter control, and control over stems (vocals, melody, drums, and bass) directly from the hardware.
SLAB works plug-and-play with Serato Studio – upon connection, the software unlocks automatically. The device can also be used in MIDI mode with other DAWs, as well as with Serato DJ Pro and Serato Sample, making it a versatile tool for both Studio and live setups.
The compact body (smaller than an A4 sheet) and USB-C power make it easy to carry and suitable for mobile production or DJ performances.
